IMPR TERMS OF USE

Welcome to ANTS ("Game"), operated by IMPR ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Game.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must comply with all applicable laws while using the Game.

If you are under the minimum legal age required in your country or region, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before using the Game.

2. ACCOUNT

The Game uses Google Sign-In to create and identify your account.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account.

The Company is not responsible for any loss resulting from your inability to access your Google account.

3. GAME DATA

Game progress is stored using cloud services.

While we make reasonable efforts to preserve game data, we cannot guarantee that game progress will always be available or recoverable.

The Company is not responsible for data loss resulting from:

• Device failure
• Internet or network interruption
• Third-party service outages
• Software or hardware malfunction
• User error
• Unauthorized access
• Force majeure events

4. IN-APP PURCHASES

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases.

All purchases are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store.

The Company does not collect or store your payment information.

Prices may change without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.

Except where required by law or by the applicable platform's refund policy, purchases are non-refundable.

If a purchase is refunded or revoked by Google Play or Apple App Store, the corresponding virtual items or benefits may also be removed from your account.

5. VIRTUAL ITEMS

Virtual items, currencies, boosts, subscriptions, and other digital content purchased or earned in the Game are licensed, not sold.

Virtual items have no real-world monetary value.

They may not be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for real money.

The Game contains advertisements provided by third-party advertising services.

The Company is not responsible for the content, availability, or operation of third-party advertisements.

7. FAIR PLAY

You agree not to:

• Use cheats or hacks
• Use bots or automation software
• Modify the Game
• Reverse engineer the Game
• Exploit bugs
• Manipulate rankings
• Interfere with Game servers
• Use unauthorized software
• Abuse promotional systems

Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, titles, and interests in the Game, including but not limited to:

• Characters

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
